– Some mint leaves

Instructions

1. Prepare the biscuit

1. Preheat the oven at 180 ° C (thermostat 6).
2. Separate the whites from the egg yolks. In a bowl, beat the yolks with coconut sugar until the mixture becomes foamy.

4. Before serving, remove the plastic film and decorate the trunk with the rest of the chocolate mousse, chocolate chips and red fruit.
