Science states that obesity and many other diseases often occur because we eat foods that do not combine.

People who work in the office and go out for lunch in the city to eat. I usually order different foods at a table. I mean, I take the first, two and three.

Usually, lunch with the soup begins, combining meat, potatoes and other vegetables. For the second way: a preparation of meat with a side dish of vegetables or cereals. For dessert – any cake, with juice or coffee. It is not surprising that sometimes these people get up from the table with a feeling of weight in the stomach. Why is it happening? How should you eat so that food brings not only pleasure, but also benefits? Let’s see below.

It is not difficult to guess that different foods are digested in the body at different rhythms. Therefore, a fruit consumed on an empty stomach will be in the intestine after 15-20 minutes. After all, most of the calories obtained from food, our body spends them exactly for the digestion of food.

Some endocrinologists and nutritionists recommend solving the problem of the incompatibility of the product in a cardinal way not to mix different products to a single meal. In other words, he respects the principles of separate nutrition. For example, if you want the chicken breast, eat them without the traditional gasket in the form of rice, buckwheat or potato puree. The only thing allowed are vegetables, steam or raw.

But that’s not all

In order for the body to benefit from all the nutrients of the body, according to experts, the interval between meals should be at least 2-3 hours. So that foods have time to be elaborated and do not interfere with the assimilation of those who consume later.

Breakfast is perhaps the most important mass of the day, on which many jump. It is better to start the day with high protein foods, i.e. cheese, cream, but also with fibers.

What you eat for lunch

Lunch, like breakfast, should be rich in proteins, but do not forget to try to replace the usual pasta and potatoes with vegetables and vegetation. Another important point. Stop a flat soup, meat with vegetables or only porridge. In general, it is better to refuse the dessert. Leave it for an hour, two later, opt for fruit or vegetables.

What do you eat in the evening?

Ideally, you would be eating 3 hours before going to bed. It is advisable to eat something easy. Choose grilled meat with salad, fish prepared in the oven with vegetables or vegetation.
