From the «cabbage soup» diet to the doctors’ programs (Cohen, Dukan, fricker and friends), the agency’s experts found many imbalances. For example: the intake of protein was too high for 80% of the phases of the diet designed and the intake of fiber was insufficient for 74%. All false. These imbalances actually condemn these regimes to be abandoned sooner or later.
However, belonging to the regime is essential. In a 2009 study, the participants were gaining after two years. But those who had the least fat were those who were the most diligent in the sessions organized to promote adhesion. Undoubtedly, the best weight loss program is what you continue! Therefore, it is less recommended to «move on to a healthy diet». Rather than adopting a new diet in which it absorbs less calories.
